Computer Freeze after login

launcher works fine, i login, and popups for new champ select and hextech appear as i havent played in awhile. i can x out champ select window but i cant x out hextech before the game stope responding and then my computer freezes. file repair did nothing, i un then reinstalled and it still happens. any known fixes or other people experiencing this bug?
