i didnt get the champion i tried to buy

i had a total of 13,000 ip (give or take) when i went to buy diana but then somehow the server got disconnected at the same time the purchase was processing. so then what happened is it took my ip and i didnt get the champion. she is still locked for me and now i only have 6,900
