Katarina W bug?

Was getting chased by Master Yi when he used Blade of the Ruined King on me, I W'd him so I would get the move speed bonus, but it didn't work. I know BOTRK steals 25% of my move speed but, shouldn't it still have gave me a slight bonus? If you also look closely the particles you see when you get the bonus didn't show up either.

You missed him. If you look at Master Yi's HP bar, he doesn't take any damage at the time that you use your W.

i think you barely missed or something cause it works everytime i get BORKed and use W
