Not giving me my mastery tokens

I just got a S- on Olaf and the mastery 6 token icon popped up letting me know I earned one. I went to the shop spent 1700ip on a random champion token and then forged it into a Regar, which I disenchanted into blue essence. So then I noticed that I had no Olaf mastery 6 token. So here I am reporting it, I'm certain that I got a mastery 7 Trundle token before too and it's not here either.
