Raptor Cloak

Ingame I bought Raptor cloak to build in Zz'Rot portal. I noticed walking by turrets did NOT give me the Raptor cloak buff icon like it normally does. I had a picture of this but my computer messed up and would not let me save the picture. I still got the Movement speed boost but I did not get the buff icon.
