Crying to fix shyvana rageblade bug for seasons ?

i mean, im asking in forum , reddit and report with bugsplat in game that shyvana q says it do 2 basic attack , it proc on hit effect twice, it do 2 stack of PTA , but it dont give 2 rageblade stack, will it ever be fixed ? any respond ? is this so hard to do for riot ? to put champion true power on it and fix bugs ? can shyvana be a playable champ finally ?
