Taric W Clarity Issue.

Lately I've been clicking on my allies and seeing how much damage reduction I am giving them with my W - Bastion when it is on them. However, checking their character box and looking at their armor usually the armor amount will flash randomly between their normal armor and the added armor, which makes me worry they are not always getting the buff. If they aren't that's a huge problem since a carry could be missing out on 40+ armor late in the game and negating a big part of Taric's kit.
