When buying runes it will go through as normal, but after the shop reloads the rune still appears. As well the rune(s) are not purchased. Also there is a strange interaction with the rune page during one of the previous updates where rune bundles were released on the PBE. Certain runes will stack in the rune page over the limit of 9 and 3.
