Pantheon unable to use abilities

I was just playing a ranked game and at times I was unable to cast abilities with Pantheon. I would be in a team fight and I could only auto attack. It seemed like using w on someone would allow me to be able to use abilities again, but I could be wrong. Is this something on my end or truly a bug?

its a bug with the ultimate, i have it almost every game but then i just mash some buttons and it works again. maybe its tied to his W, yes. i dunno, for me its always just like shortly after i land from my ult.

i was gonna mention the ult deal because i too believe that triggers it... can we get some more feedback?
