Anyone else have the problem on Mac of a sound glitch?

It seems to sound all computerized is the best way I could describe it. It's not every game but its really annoying I would listen to music but it just makes my ping go up. I find it quite annoying especially since I like being able to hear pings just having them on the map usually isn't enough as well my team members get mad when I don't respond.

Sidenote: Please don't downvote me just because I use a Macbook or tell me to just buy a PC
