[GAMEPLAY] Hurricane only proccing Guinsoo's Rageblade once
Guinsoo's passive is an on-hit effect, hurricane says it applies on-hit effects to all 3 targets, but it's only proccing once nomatter if you hit 1 or 3 targets with hurricane.

The 15 magic damage from guinsoo is applied to the target you hit and the target hurricane hits. The stacks for rage is applied once because you still auto attack only once, it just hits 3 targets.
