[GAMEPLAY] audio effects persist indefinitely if lose vision of the champ when their ability ends.
If an enemy champion begins using an ability associated with a certain audio file, and then they go out of vision before their ability ends, the associated audio file begins playing again when vision returns. Every time I see the enemy champ for the rest of the match I hear that sound effect playing even if they are not currently using that ability. For example, let's say I see an enemy Volibear start his Q (Rolling Thunder), but then he goes out of vision before the duration of his Q ends. When he comes back in vision, after his Q has ended, I hear the sound effect for his Q being played even though it is not currently active. Same for Volibear's ultimate ability (thunder claws), Sejuani's Arctic Assault and Flail of the Northern Winds, and Corki's Gatling Gun. Corki's Gatling Gun is the easiest to come across. Corki starts using it while I have vision of him, goes out of vision, and when he comes back the sound file starts playing again even though his ability is no longer currently active.
