Alot of people get stuck to 0% lately in loading screens

I'm not sure what causes this, but lately I've noticed in every loading screen 1-3 people in the game get stuck at 0% for sometimes up to a few minutes, and then they start loading, to 59-60%, from there they get stuck for maybe 15-25 seconds and then load back up to 100%, at first I thought ''well maybe my loading screens are bugged'' but as I started commenting about it after we all loaded in all cases the mentionned-players would say they don't know what caused it and that they're sorry, which means that this did indeed happen, I was watching Hashinshin's stream and while he went away in a loading screen I noticed the exact same thing, some of my friends mentionned it too after I talked about it and I also noticed it on Scarra's stream, this wouldn't do that 2 years ago, or a year ago, I just came back to playing league and the loading screens have been painfully slow, alot of remakes too,

Anyone has an idea?

Pretty sure it's another patch bug.

I get stuck at 100% not 0%

I was stuck in a loading screen for over 30 minutes a week ago.

Every time I load for the last couple of weeks it takes about 10-15 seconds for the little circle on the bottom right to start moving, whereas before I just logged right in within 10 seconds. Ever since the second to last patch it has been delaying the first game I play by that 10-15 seconds keeping me at 0% and then rushes up to 100% - also delayed appearing in spawn or everything appears at once, no emotes or champions spawning one at a time. Keep in mind the same computer I'm using is running Overwatch and 3 other graphics intensive games on top settings perfectly.

Yep been seeing more and more of these posts hope riot fixes it so i can play the game and not be deemed a leaver.

Its within the last month and a half this has been happening in all my games. 1-3 people usually sit at 0% for about 30 seconds then it counts up. More people are getting stuck. This needs to be patched !

Whats been working for me is whenever you get on league go into practice mode and load in and play around for a few seconds then you should load in to your next games. Hope that works for you guys for now till its patched :D
