Aatrox Devourer

Upon playing Aatrox for the first time in a long while, I've noticed the passive stacking on his w was weird upon reaching sated devourer. The extra attack with sated would interfere with his 3 hit proc and the proc would never occur until I get the correct AA pattern.

Note: I have doubts with myself a lot, so I might just be seeing things when Aatrox's 3rd attack doesn't proc. If anyone experiences the same thing, that would be nice to hear / see (someone experiencing the same thing).
