Ekko bug with lulu polymorph

there was a bug on aram where ekko was able to ult out every single time during the time he was polymorphed by lulu. I kept polymorphing ekko before right before he was able to kill someone. and the second he got a kill he was still able to polymorph out. This was happening during the time he was polymorphed
