[GAMEPLAY] bonus burn damage of hunters talisman(kindle) not registering

this is a bug which i encountered while i was testing this effect(bonus talisman burn damage) the effect occurs when i have "bonus" hp from any effect( i.e runes/items)

went into a practice tool game picked kayn as the champion and flash+ smite summoner spells i picked domination as my primary tree picked electrocute, sudden impact, eyeball collection,ravenous hunter resolve as my secondary tree having overgrowth and unflinching

not sure if this setup has anything to trigger the bug so im just providing more information to help replicate this "bug"

overgrowth gives u permanent hp= .2% of your max hp when 8 minions/monsters die near u i assume this is considered as bonus hp(if it is not then the description should be updated and this thread can be ignored)

if it is considered to be bonus hp(like it should be): i cleared wolf camp first (so thats 3 monsters/minions dying near me) then the raptor camp ( which is 6 monsters/minions dying near me) so it goes to 9 total monsters/minions dying near me hence i should get 0.2% bonus max hp= 648* 0.2/100= 1.296 rounded down to 1 hp this should technically give me the 50 damage burn to monsters unless the hp granted by overgrowth is NOT bonus hp (which just cannot be possible as the only item stats that is given that is NOT a "bonus" stat is steraks gauge which mentions its % BASE AD) i would like to know if this interaction is "intended" or an actual bug if it is intended then i would suggest updating the description of overgrowth saying it increases the BASE HP and gives it as BASE hp EDIT: celestial body also gives "+100 permanent hp" even this rune doesnt say "bonus hp" just like overgrowth but celestial body gives u the extra burn damage(i tested this) while overgrowth gives "additional permanent max hp"

the description is not intuitive i think overgrowth should give u the burn damage or else it will only help tanks that take resolve primary(and they benifit from aftershock) carry champions that run talisman(like kayn/khazix/nidalee) who are forced to run celestial body(which is horrible for carry champs anyway) or run resolve which is again unpreferable so they should run hunters machete(which gives atk speed now) where are the tank junglers got atk speed buffs in the preseason coz they apparently "have" to auto attack to kill monsters, and they are the ones benifiting from hunters talisman
