Bottom of screen not loading

Hi, this is boompenguins, and recently, right after you log in (like right after the part where u enter your username and password), i cant see the bottom part of the screen, for example, I cannot see the notifications, or the friends icons, and if someone talks to me, I cant see like the name pop up in a chat window. Also, if i click the settings on this page, i cant see the part where it says either "ok" or "change settings" Please help i really appreciate it!
