Quinn's new ult does not work with total move speed.

While I was playing a game with Quinn.wanted to see just how fast I could get her using her ult. So I bought item 3117 , waited for the passive, and then activated the ult. Looking at the stat box, I saw that the move speed increase was only affecting the base move speed. Thinking that the mobility passive wasn't working, I sold the mobi boots and bought item 3009 . Again, I ulted, but again the ult was only working off of the base movespeed.

At first, I thought that the ult only worked with base movespeed, but I looked at it's description, and it said "total move speed" and not "base move speed".

I also noticed that while I was ulting, the move speed bonus from either boot seemed to have stopped working during the ult, only the bonus from the ult seemed to be in effect.

Now, I realize with 130% total move speed bonus would seem ridiculous, but I just want was advertised, and I want my jet powered bird.

The way movespeed works in this game is it has a few soft caps, on at 415 and another at 490. Once you reach these soft caps, every additional point of MS becomes less effective. To be exact, once you reach 415 MS, then every additional point is only 80% as effective, and once you reach 490 MS, then every additional point is only 50% as effective.

So let's say you have Boots of Swiftness as Quinn, which means you would have 400 MS. With Tag Team active, you would gain 130% MS, which is 520. You would think that this would give you 920 MS, but with how MS works, you would actually end up with a lot less, probably somewhere around 600-700 total MS.

That sounds like a bug, maybe it have something to do with how move speedscales?

I'm not sure bit I know attack speed gets less effective the more you stack it towards the cap, maybe movespeed is treated similarly?

i know that with homegaurds quinn can make it to tier 1 tower in lane from base in about 3-4 seconds
