[GAMEPLAY] Cassiopeia instantly shooting up to 500 stacks ?

Might test this out again in a Custom but I noticed as I was playing , I would be getting fed, slowly rising to 250 stacks, then a fight would erupt, I would get a double or triple kill and then I notice that for some reason I have shot up to 500 stacks, and then I would continue building up stacks like normal. There are 3 snakes circling around me. I did notice a huge power spike but I don't know if it was just the items or not. I'm still not entirely sure of what triggers the stacks, I'll come back and edit in a bit.

Also, one of my games after I shot up to 500 stacks, I disconnected because my internet crashed, reconnected and then now I have 400 stacks ?

Might go abuse this while I can xD.
