just experienced this minor bug for a bit on summoners rift. i pulled my combo on varus and janna and then after that I found out i couldn't cast my q or ult, despite it being off cooldown.
When I died i could use the abilities again and for the rest of game but i dunno just weird.
EDIT: As Kagaiou suggested, the bug happened after 30min, and we destroyed mid inhib at the time, I'm not entirely sure but I think I levelled up during my combo
A few folks have brought this up, on my thread I just started adding all I found pointing this out. But this bug varies on when you get: Level of champ. Time in Match (30 minutes starts the bug timer itself it seems). Super Minions activated or no.
Apparently this has been a glitch for awhile now that hasn't been fixed. When playing Kat, you randomly can't use your Q, R, or B after an initial trigger.
This glitch has happened to me a handful of times now. Most recently after being ulted by a Zed, then pulling my ult on off him and killing him.
The only way I have found to reset it is to die. Restarting client doesn't work.
Really wish it would get fixed because it can be extremely frustrating, especially late game when the re-spawn time is long.
