Tahm Kench Ult

Played a game where Tahm's ult was showing that it was off cooldown to our team, while in reality it wasn't. I watched him ult and saw the green dot stay the same after the ult was completely over. This actually caused a misplay as we were top lane and lost a dragon because we believed tahm had his ult.
