annoying cho bug or is it intended? and more client crap

okay so in one of my ranked games i went cho vs a kat mid. It was fairly normal until Cho ulti was completed nulified by kat jumping, as in animation went off went on full cd with 0 damage done and even kat i played vs was wtf about it. Another situation was using chos e when kat jumps even when she would get hit with the e damage it would not credit the kill to me and again even the kat was wtf going on with it.

As for the crap client it loaded up i was in game but nothing worked i couldn't move none of the hotkeys worked i couldn't alt tab out to close it because it would just go straight back into the broken game screen my only option was to restart my computer to get back into the game but it also counted me as not ever connecting to the game at all lol so i guess not too bad.
