[GAMEPLAY] Range Indicator for Annie's Incinerate is innacurate/not updated for Patch 6.9

In patch 6.9, the range for Annie's Incinerate was increased to 625. However, the range indicator appears that it may not have been increased correctly to match the new range.

In game, a player can observe that Annie's W, Incinerate, hits targets that are outside the range that is shown on the ability. A player can also that though Annie's W is now the same range as her Q, the length of the ranges between the two abilities differs when you compare them as shown in the attached pictures.
