[GAMEPLAY] Can't control Tibbers after summon

On Annie, after summoning Tibbers, I could not control his movement. The spell icon also did not have the highlighted border to indicate Tibbers is summoned and move-able. Tibbers still attacked nearby enemies as normal; the only thing affect was my control of him. After Tibbers died/despawned, the subsequent cast worked as normal (with me being able to command him).

1. Press R (with spartcast)
2. ??? I assume something I pressed something else during this time to cause the issue
3. Press R again trying to move Tibs around

I played 4 games as Annie yesterday and this only happened once and I was unable to reproduce it. Match that it occured in is here
