[Bug] Can use spells inside Nami's bubble

I've had it happen a few times with different champions now. While in Nami's bubble, it seems to work like a snare now rather than a stun. Examples

  1. I've had an enemy Ezreal Arcane Shift (E) AFTER he's been hit by the bubble. The bubble hits, he goes up, then he E's while still in the bubble. Happened multiple times in the same game
  2. While facing an enemy Nami, as Miss Fortune I've been able to Double Up (Q) while at the top of the bubble.

Nami's bubble specifically states that it stuns so what's the deal?

Ezreal (and any other champion with a dash or a blink) can buffer CC if they time it right. The dash/blink will complete but they will be CC'ed at the end of the movement spell.

The MF one might be to do with the timing of her casting her Q.

Edit: IIRC cast abilities can only be stopped by death. If she uses her Q just before she gets hit, it will still fire.
