[GAMEPLAY] - Can see unseen enemy items after reconnect at beginning of game

A few games back I ran into an issue where I could see the enemy teams items even though no one had shown themselves yet.

My internet died out sometime during the loading screen I believe. While I worked on fixing my internet issue, the game started. When I reconnected, I could see whatever items the enemy team had bought at that point in time. I say point in time as one of the champions had more items when we finally did see them. I was playing with someone I knew (on the same wifi for what it matters) and they confirmed that they could not see the enemy items at the beginning of the game.
