Client lag and FPS drops

For whatever reason the client has been acting extremely slowly loading everything in. In-game it will load in with FPS : 00 then setting it's self to 30-48 fps, regardless of graphic settings. The fps will usually tank when you're in base then slowly climb itself back to 144 fps where it will slip back down to 50fps the bounce around. The game also hit me with a critical error, Freezing the client, thus forcing me to hit the power button, Hopefully not the only one experiencing this issue.[zombie-brand-facepalm]
