Bug when Accepting match queue

So... I just wanna know if this is affecting anyone else, I Q'd up for a match, when it came time to hit accept/decline I hit accept right away being one of the first, it just sat for like 15 seconds as if waiting on other people to accept the Q, and out of nowhere 'Boats and Hoes has declined ready check'???

I didn't get a penalty because of it but Riot has got me bent if they think I'll take one over this bullshit if it keeps happening.
