I just had a ranked game where 2 of our players were unable to connect. Our Diana was premade with the 2 disconnects and confirmed that was the issue.
On top of them not being able to connect, we were unable to /remake at 3 minutes. We tried but it didn't give us the option to /remake nor would it accept the /remake command. This cost me a promo game.
Anyone experiencing connection issues should head over to the Help & Support board so they can provide their connection information to Riot. This is so if the problem is on Riot's end they can more easily track it and get it fixed. If it is not on Riot's end, then they'll be able to assist the players in troubleshooting their isolated issue.
Refer them to the Connection Troubleshooting Guide for help with ensuring a stable connection on their side. You can also narrow down the source of latency or packet loss by downloading the WinMTR Network Diagnostic Tool, then use that to run a traceroute to the following IP for NA (allow this to run for 5-15 minutes);
