Please fix the 100% frozen screen bug in loading screen.

Twice now in 1 day I have lost ranked games cause it has been a remake, because I have failed to pay attention that when I'm in the loading screen the screen is frozen and I have to restart computer to fix it.

It is now happening more regularly that when loading screen reaches to 100%, the screen freezes and I can't do anything but to restart my computer. Hope to make it back in time before they remake, and I have failed. So today I have lost 2 ranked games, because of your bad client/loading screen bugs.

FIX IT! or shut down ranked until it's fixed!

This has been going on for a while, Why is it not fixed or addressed yet!?

^ This I just got hit with a 15-minute freeze because it happened twice in a row so im now classified as having leaver tendencies I play every match like come on Riot

I have to restart twice when it happens to me. Usually happens with when the game tries to open the loading screen but instead of a full black screen turning to loading screen I get a perma black screen covering up 4/5th of my screen.
