Lissandra ult stopping zac e

in the description of lissandras ult it says it is a stun. earlier this year you nerfed ahris charm to make it not stop dashes to line up with other stuns in the game yet lissandra ult is still stopping dashes. why is it that her ult is able to stop a dash when i is considered a stun yet other stuns dont do the same thing.

Ahri's charm is not hard CC, while Lissandra's is, it's a targeted stun.

you stated it above, it doesn't stop dashes, this probably leans towards Zac's E being categorized similarly as a self-displacement ability that will not be stopped by charm.

that sounds like really bad clarity. When dashing, they should consider that a champion would be moving and would be in kinetic motion, having used energy to accelerate and propel their body in a direction. Being charmed wouldn't cause any change in such energy or motion, whereas being frozen would certainly stop it as it is causing a physical interference in the motion path.
