LeBlanc Lag

Ever since the new Summoner's Rift Beta change I lag SOO much with LeBlanc it's ridiculous. I used to lag with her W (not as severe, but still lagged a good amount.) But now, with the new Rift, for some reason, I lag with LeBlanc's (W) Distortion SOO MUCH. It's really ridiculous... It's almost suicidal to play or use LeBlanc's (W) Distortion anymore because the FPS just suddenly drops to 07 or plummets to even lower numbers.... I don't know why it's the new Rift that causes so much lag.. :( I really do love the New Rift and but it's so sad I can't enjoy to its fullest!! Riot please help!! P.S. My ping stays consistent, it's just the FPS for some reason... I have tried Defragging and CCleaner's Wiping free space... none worked.... What should I do?
