The old 'Jungler Glitch' and a newer teleporting champ bug.

I was sure that the old 'Jungler Glitch' was said to be fixed, but it keeps coming back. Much less prominent than before, but it is still there. I would like to know that attention is being brought to it. Also, some recent bugs involving teleporting champions have me a little concerned. It usually ports an enemy champ about the range of flash, but there are no particles or sound. Seems to me like it has to do with the fog of war. The link above is a good example of this. I had a Xerath port from the edge of the fog of war to the middle of the lane and blast me with his q. Kinda messed up if you ask me.
