Kayn gets stuck partially in ground

I should have taken a screenshot of the instance, but wasn't able to in time. Basically as Kayn (not Shadow Assassin or Darkin, just base form) I Ulted into an enemy while they were under tower. They died before I could reactivate and burst out, but their Ignite killed me right as they died. When I respawned I noticed that Kayn's legs were in the ground up to his knees. I either had to (a) Ult into someone and reactivate it in order to fix the bug, or (b) transform on the summoner platform. I honestly can't remember which one fixed it.
