Client Confusion - Summoner Account

Sooooo just going to put the steps of what happened.

1. Win Game
2. Exit Game
3. Stats Won't load so I skip waiting for stats
4. Want to see how many points I got on the new magical champion mastery
5. Go to my profile and see that it shows I'm part of 5 leagues... but I'm not part of any
6. All of my Champ masteries are champions I don't play
7. I realize that the summoner name is someone who was in the game I just played against
8. Tried many things to return to my personal account
9. After nothing working I close the client and relaunch
10. Now I have left a game in progress
11. Click reconnect to be led to a black screen where nothing happens.
12. Repeat steps 9-12 a few times.
13. Go to Riot Boards
