Katarina Passive sometimes doesn't work.

Greetings everyone, I am aware that Katarina's passive was recently nerfed and how it was nerfed. However, in a recent game with Katarina, I noticed that sometimes scoring a kill would not reset her Q, W, and E cooldown. Sometimes scoring a kill would reset the cooldowns. Other times, it simply wouldn't.

This can be pretty annoying lol.

Anyone else experience this with Katarina lately?
