[Client] Post Game Performance Score Not Showing

After matchmade games in Summoner's Rift, the score for performance (S, A, B etc) would sometimes not show up. and has a permanent loading circle. I suspect it has something to do with the hextech crafting system because the introduction of the system was when this started happening. Also, It only seems to not load when I do well in my games, maybe it has something to do with the S score and the hextech box?
