[Gameplay] Really Weird Red Flashes and Some More Azir Bugs.

Hi, this freaked me out, I was playing as thresh and was losing, my team surrendered, and as that happened, my screen suddenly started flashing red rapidly until I exited the game. The flashing was like the flashing when at low health except way more 'in your face' and fast. I am not sure if it has something to do with my computer or an actual bug since I asked the other players and non of them had the same thing happen to them. The Azir bugs are this:

• When I used my EQ combo, the soldier blocks my movement and Azir gets stuck from moving forwards.
• I cannot attack when I summon a soldier and spam auto right away on a minion. Thanks for reading this post.
