[Client] Stuck In Queue Forever

My friend has been having tons of problems with the new client that he has not had with the old one, and the strange thing is, he's the only one experiencing these things. The most prominent problem is that a match can be found but there would be no AFK check popping up for him so he just remains in queue, which is noticeable during premade parties.

The cancel button to the queue in that situation gets disabled and the only method to reset is by exiting the client, in which there is a chance the bug comes up again. This is happening around 7 out of 10 times that we try to find a match. It seems to me that something about the client is not compatible with his computer but his computer is already on windows 10. Help would be much appreciated.
