Qiyana bad visual glitch/broken walking animation

I played a match as Battleboss Qiyana and with someone using Prestige True Damage Qiyana and both had the same visual glitch.

Randomly or after using abilities she gets stuck facing towards the left no matter what direction you walk in. If you auto attack enough it will go away but you are stuck until you do that. It is easily replicable.
