Gameplay for Nautilus

In one of my games, I was playing against a Nautilus whom I spotted out before the jungle creeps spawned. Before this, I remember seeing Nautilus spam Ctrl + 1 to 4 to taunt and whatnot but the problem occurred immediately after the spam. When he started to move, it was as if he was gliding across the map. Below, I will post to as close a recreation of this event as possible.

1. Spamming Ctrl + 1 to 4 to taunt.
2. Immediately after the taunt, he would start moving to a lane. But during this action, he was gliding across the map while having the same movement speed. (One of the earliest examples of this was when during Season 3, Draven used to have the same gliding issue from spinning both his axes.)
3. After a while, the glitch seems to go away and never occurs throughout the rest of the game.

While this seems very vague at best, this is what I saw and I can't really explain this into much further detail. I'm not sure if this occurred by chance or if it was an existing problem on Nautilus.
