[GAMEPLAY] Scuttle Freezes

During the games that I have played as jungle, I would go and kill the scuttle crab for river vision. But there were times when it would freeze inside a wall. Usually, it would do its best to come back out onto its respawn point but that never happened. Even with no CC abilities used, if a player shoves it towards the dragon pit side, it will somehow get stuck inside the entrance wall of the pit.

When it respawns, the bug is gone. But there were countless times where it occurred and I'm not sure if there was a patch that actually fixed this situation.
