Grades not showing up in some of my games in Match History

Anybody have any clue why this continues to happen? Seems like a pretty easy thing to fix.

I was told on day that if you don't hover over your grade in the post game screen, it won't show up in your match history. But it almost only happens to me when I get S-. SMH It's been happening to me since the beginning (last pre season).

I read the first word of the title as “Graves” and thought, This is a miracle!
