Eve Passive Bugged

I mainly play evelynn and her passive 'demon shade' does not properly visually show correctly when it is off. Of course after 6 it is fairly easy to understand when you are in demon shade and when you are not, however it is troublesome when it does not correctly show the visual cooldown on the passive when the passive is on and when it is off especially pre level 6
