Cursor Bug

In the picture there a blue cursor and i can't get rid of it. it there until i ult again or certain spamming. i need help this cursor limits me from playing LoL hugely because it keeps me from pinging my teammates from threats and i can't lock and unlock my camera from my champ. Please help me here, Repeat my scenario like ult and do a gank with tf in a normal because the blue cursor for me shows up and its not good. Riot needs to fix this problem.
