Cursor Bug

Twisted Fate has become my favorite champion and i enjoy playing him. I do not know when this has happened but i think it was before patch 5.10 when i noticed this cursor bug when i play TF. The cursor bug occurs after i use my ult and in the picture shown is the blue cursor that comes up after using my ult. It prevents me from unlocking my camera, unable to Ping at all and very hard to last hit with this cursor. I have tried various setting changes from my option: many key bindings were changed, trying to make my cursor into attack cursor when hitting a minion. The only time it changes back is whenever i ult again and it sometimes changes back to the original cursor. I've sent a request to the League Support for help and they do not know if its a bug or not. Therefore, they told me to come here on forums to see if others seems to have the same problem.
