The "Find Match" button stops working after a single game is played.

The "Find Match" button for the summoners rift ranked games stops responding after I play a game and I have to restart the client to get it to function again. The animation is disabled and won't respond to mouse click or keyboard input . Happens after every game in ranked. Was this intentional effect so I can restart my client and prevent other bugs ?
