Senna/Dragon graphical Glitch

there is a graphical glitch with senna's q that cause 2 dragon animations to appear if the dragon dies as she q's it. i suspect its an interaction glitch with her q taking the souls as they spawn still on the dragon resulting in 2 of them being there. But thats only my 2 cents about it

Edit its not just when she q's it, Its specific to her passive. Not sure what the coding is, but since there's 2 souls dropping the game thinks 2 dragons died which its why its cause 2 of them to spawn like that on its death. It does not impact gameplay still, purely visual. Just really odd
