Cait's auto attack
Minions dying before my bullets hit them. My support even confirmed that he's seeing it, thinking I'm not getting cs.

Yeah, I noticed this when I played her as well. I thought I was just lagging, but I guess not. As soon as she finished the little animation where she lifts the gun the minion would die, then the bullet would travel.
