I would like to say I played around 30 games and have not gotten any key frags. And I am not a toxic player so i dont have any kind of bans withing the past few months so I dont know what the problem is. I also haven't received any chests in awhile but that may be because I haven't gotten a high score on any new champs that I haven't got an S on yet.
Veruka2 votesThe fragments have a chance to drop if you win a game. Unless you win 100% of the time, chances are it may be some time between getting fragments.
You're probably right about the chests, though. Most likely it is due to your grade at the end of the game. All you can really do is keep trying your best!
cuddlykitten41 votesHe's right about the drop chance However, for every fragment you get, the drop chance decreases making it harder to get them over time. I believe the chests are a guaranteed drop as long as you or a member of your team receives an S- or higher rating while you are playing a champion that you have not acquired a chest with yet. This information can be seen in your champion page on your profile. I'm sure you know that, but if not then fyi. You said that you have yet to receive a single chest or key at all? If that's the case then perhaps you are experiencing a bug of some type. I believe (don't quote me on this) that I saw someone on the boards with a similar issue, and a rito employee came on and took care of it for him. It might be worth your time to submit a ticket about it. I hope this helps you.

yes you can get free things but we are talking a 12 things free in the 70+ they will make a year and dont forget the 1300+ already in exsistance and dont forget the fact it has exclusive skin which are racking in the big bucks. wait till they put something like hextect runes which give twice the stats of normal ones xD league is slowly becoming cod, cant wait for overwatch good idea + bad intentions =/= good result

what people have a problem with is riot is clearly abusing a apart of its player-base mainly completionest and youtubers and people with gambiling problems.
